Try logging in on safe mode.

Turn on the PC. Once you get to the login screen on the bottom right should be the Power Icon to shutdown, restart ect.

HOLD Shift then press the button and select restart and hold shit the whole time!

Then you should get a menu. Click on Trouble Shoot. Then on the next page should be windows start up i think? Right collum bottom option. Then tell it to restart. It will restart in safe mode and try logging in. If you can log in try just doing a normal reboot and see if you can get back in.

If you still can't get back in, go back to safe mode and we can turn off stuff to find out what the issue is.

Once in safe mode and logged in go to the start screen and then click the search button. Type in

msconfig

and press enter. The Config tool should pop up. Click on the Services Tab - At the bottom there is a box that says "Hide all Microsoft services". Check that. It should make the list a lot shorter. Then click on disable all.

Then click on startup. There will be a link that will take you to the task manager. Go ahead and disable everything here.

Then do a restart and see if you can login. If you can login then go back and turn things on a few at a time (3-5) starting with the services and do a restart. Keep going it until you can't login anymore and get the black screen then go back to safe mode and disable what you enabled and then move on to others until we find out what is causing it to not work.

If you can't get into safe mode then we will need to do a system restore.
