what power supply do I need for my gtx 970?

in the GPU description is says: "System Power Supply Requirement: 550W (With One 6-Pin and One 8-pin External Power Connectors"
what does it mean?
is EVGA SuperNOVA 650G1 650W ATX12V Power Supply 120-G1-0650-XR good for this GPU?
also when i purchase this power supply Do I need to buy any cables or wires sepearatly or everything is included?

For a quality psu, even on an overclocked cpu, all you need is a 550w psu, so the 650w Evga is more than good. If you plan on sli in the future, then the 850w would be better, but even then, 750w is all that's warranted for gtx970 sli.
