No, if you won't overclock cpu.
Where would you get $15 liqiud cooler? Cheapest here(http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/cpu-cooler/#sort=a6&w=1) is $37,5 one, doesn't seem bad, but definitely not better.

It's decent, nope, it shouldn't overheat, but again, no overclock.

ok, i mainly just play games as intended. the processor is plenty as it is, i am new to pc gaming.
