People really need to stop intoxicating themselves with alcohol out of rage when everything isn't going as well with their computer and then rushing to tom's hardware, looking for help.

I had to spend 15 minutes reading your request over and over just to understand what is it actually that you are asking us. I swear, if my old granny were still alive, she'd be easier to understand after inhaling camomile vapours.

For the first paragraph:
Laptop memory and computer memory aren't the same. You can't just stick anything you like in there, and considering how well spoken you are with professional terminology, I would advise you to don't even try. PC =/= laptop, and tearing that apart requires considerably more skill and a lot better memorizing in where it all fits when putting it back together. So unless you have specialized laptop memory, the answer is no.

For the second thing you asked:
Your OS has crashed, you need to reinstall. Hope you didn't have any important data, rescuing laptop hard drives is a tricky thing.
