how to get wifi connection....

Hello community....

I have win xp in my pc And a descent internet connection by photon(tata docomo) plus dongle..I dont have any wireless adapter or card...I just want to share my current internet connection to my android and my brand new lg 3d tv (and also my upcoming ps3)...
I am so confused... So please help me what new device or hardware i have to buy in my situation..I just saw thousands of videos but not a single solved my problem..Then a realized the best it solutions place so please help me........

The dongle only works on the PC it's plugged in to. You can't share it with other devices.

You will need to get internet service wired in to your house by an internet service provider. They will usually give you a wireless router free of charge. You can then connect any Android tablet or any smartphone (and PS3) to that router wirelessly because all those devices have a WiFi adapter built-in.

Find another wireless adapter that can be configured as an "Access Point"

Then you can connect other devices and share your internet connection. You will need to keep your PC powered on in order for them to share.

You might also be able to find a 'travel router' that can use your dongle.

So i just wanted to know that i have to buy another internet service(another then existing one) which runs internet through LAN like BSNL or any other broadband....Is this is the only or any other device is still needed ???/
