What gpu will bottleneck my cpu

I am currently owning a xeon E5450 and have hd 6970 as my gpu, I was just wondering how high end of a card will bottleneck my cpu

You're pretty much at the limit for a balanced system. If you want to find out if a new card will do you any good, run a benchmark on your system at least 3 times, with a reboot between each run, average the results. Then overlock the video card and repeat the benchmark the same way. If the scores go up, you can upgrade the video card. Although I would wait and upgrade the whole system, the 6970 is still a card that can run games very well.

yeah i'm still able to run newly released games like dying light on medium however im wondering if im able to upgrade my system to get more out of it. But i guess now i'll have to be buying a new system :\
