Here`s what I would change:
GPU to the Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming - more powerfull
RAM to 2x4GB (unless you`re planning to add another stick later on) - for better speed on dual-channel.
Add an SSD if possible for blazing fast OS and games loading time.
Get a cooler if you plan to overclock in the future - the Cooler Master 212 Evo is a very good and cheap option.

Other than that, you have a really nice and strong build.

For dual channel buy a memory kit of two, e.g. 2x4GB or 2x8GB and install them in the correct sockets, shown in the manual

PSU should be a better one, if you wanna overclock, e.g. Super Flower Golden Green HX 550W ATX 2.3
if not overclocking, buy a non K CPU

CPU cooler is missing (the boxed cooler is not for overclocking and it´s loud), be aware that just a height of 150mm is supported by your case for the cooler.

the suggested cooler http://eu.coolermaster.com/de/cooling/hyper-series/hyper-212-evo/
doesn´t fit

SSD missing too, at least 250GB, e.g. Samsung 840evo

First of thanks for all your suggestions. Appreciate it.
Why do you guys suggest 2x4GB for RAM? Can i just install 1X8GB RAM? is it still powerful?
In my country INDIA, they don't have Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming, all we have is MSI and Zotac GTX 970 versions.
I dont want to get a SSD now, because of the $$$ limitation, might grab one in the future.
Yes I will add the cooler the one you guys suggested, its cheap and good.
Do you still think MSI NVIDIA Gtx 970 Gaming 4g 4 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card is good? I have heard good reviews about it.
Please let me know.

Thank you helptar and Pr3di.

If the MSI is available, it`s still a very good card.
The RAM gives better speeds if you use dual channel (like having cars go one direction on two lanes in stead of one). So if you`re not planning to add another 8GB stick of RAM later on, it`s better to go with 2x4Gb.

Regarding the cooler, it`s true that it`s a bit too tall. The people who used this cooler in this case reported that it`s a very close fit, so you might need to look for a "shorter" cooler.

ok Pr3di, Thank you.
This is the conclusion and Final thoughts before I buy it, Please check if its correct?

GPU: MSI NVIDIA Gtx 970 Gaming 4g 4 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

CPU: Intel i5 4690K Processor

MOBO: MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard

PSU: Corsair VS 550 Watt PSU

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive

RAM:Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC DRAM DDR3-1600/PC3-12800

CASE: Corsair 200R

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X Cooler

This is the final build, please let me know if this correct and POWERFUL and future proof?

Thanks again.

Just curious why you dropped your ram from 8gb to 4gb. As for single channel (1 stick) vs dual channel, there's no real performance difference. People have tested it and in real world performance it just doesn't make much if any noticeable difference (more or less one of those pc myths that dual channel will make a system much faster based on theory rather than results). Most of the time it doesn't matter since the prices are similar, but if dual channel memory kits are more expensive where you are than buying a single stick of ram, you won't take a performance hit and the single channel ram would be the better way to go.

All in all it looks like a really nice setup and should last you a couple of years with decent performance. There is no real future proofing in pc's, you'll be chasing your tail trying to achieve that.

Based on this, you were supposed to get 2 sticks of RAM.
Get 2 sticks of 4 GB, not only 1 stick. This will limit the performance of your new build.
