Apologies for the potentially obvious question.
I'm upgrading from Windows 7 32-bit to 64-bit so I can use about 8gb of ram or similar.
If I just buy an OEM copy, that means a one-shot install correct, tied to that one system and/or motherboard, correct?
Essentially I like the £35 price tag I'm saying for OEM copies, but wanted to make sure there weren't any hidden catches.
