Best gpu for around rs.20000.

I want to a buy a gpu around rs.20k. I would use it to play the latest games on ultra or atleast high and do the same for almost two years. I will be using with a 4th gen i5(will depend on the money that remains out of my 5o k budget). Also is there anything, gpu or cpu series that I should wait for.

To future proof, for around that value, an R9 290/290x or a GTX 970 would suit your usage. You could wait for the potential of AMD's next card, given the GTX 960s have been recently released, AMD will likely release their new cards sooner than later.

Its above the 25 k mark. I am already exceeding my budget. Should I buy the 960 or the the 280x. I personally prefer 960 cause its latest and power efficient. But is the 280 better, I mean does it make a significant difference??
