How good is this ram?

I'm building a new PC, and I was wondering if the following ram cards were any good:

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cmz16gx3m4x1600c9g

It's at a very good price at the minute (£72~ for 16gb).

Also, I was wondering if 2x8gb sticks would be much better (I can get 1866mhz cas 9 ram for £105)? The purpose of the build is to record and edit youtube videos, general internet browsing etc.

EDIT: The rest of my build is as follows

i7 4790k - CPU
Hyper 212 Evo - CPU Cooler
Asus Z97-A - Motherboard
MSI GTX 970 - Graphics Card
Corsair 200r - Case (Sidenote, will this case house all these parts well enough?)
XFX 850w Bronze - PSU (it's at a very good price and gives me the option to SLI later on)
Lite-on (bunch of numbers) - Optical Drive
Windows 8.1 64 bit

Solution
2x8GB is better yes, have been seeing a lot of people wanting to fill all the slots (don't know why :) ) , I'd go with GSkill Tridents or Snipers on Haswell in 2x8GB in prob 1866 or 2133 anyway

I know that, but apparently 4x4gb ram is more likely to fail than 2x8, and also stresses the memory controller (which apparently shortens CPU life). Will it still be fine?

Did some research into the ram sticks, they're not very common here in the UK, but over in America they have them on newegg and there are more reviews. Apparently they fail very reguarly (in fact, almost everyone had a ram stick fail within 2 months). I've decided it would probably be better to go with some decent, more common 2x8 just so that isn't an issue (also, faster ram :D)

Edit: I presume people like to fill all 4 spots because it looks nicer that way in most peoples' opinions, but besides aesthetics it is pretty much all cons.
