I am wondering if there are any bottlenecks in this build.

Solution
The WD Blue is a bit slow at 5400 RPM, but if it's just for data storage and not gaming it's fine. All your other parts will not bottleneck one another and the power supply even got good marks on jonnyguru.com. Should be a good build.
