I just built a computer and when it starts it takes 5min to boot up and if I enter the bios it runs very slow. I tried installing windows and all my drivers but after it goes to restart the first time, it always starts the install all over again. Please help.

Let's start with an accurate depiction of your system specs as outlined at the following link. Include full, accurate model numbers for all items including the OS and power supply. I can't tell what's what with your specs above.

Solution

You could quite possibly have a DOA board that's resetting itself each time you boot it up hence the install re-starting. Pop the CMOS battery loose (if you're comfortable doing so), which looks like a watch battery (typically 2032 size), let it sit out for about 20 seconds and then put it back in and see what happens. It could be a fluke of a bent pin on the processor but with newer processors having the captive pins you should be good. Might want to consider an RMA from the place of purchase if possible.
