Changed the permissions on the hard driive and now windows 7 cannot see the drive

Changed the permissions by mistake on the second internal hard drive and now windows 7 cannot see it. Try to initialize it but i get the incorrect function error. How can i get back access to my hard drive.?

My dear friend, thank you for your responce. The drive cannot be seen as it is not initiated. In disk managment there is NO security option. There is only policy, drivers, etc . The thing is that the disk can't be initialized. I dont think it is broken or something, because the problem started as changes have been made in permissions.
