so let me start, so i can explain my problem, my pc components are the following:

cpu: intel core i3 4330 3.5 GHZ 2 cores/ 4-way multitasking
Gpu: Asus AMD HD7870 DirectCU II 2 gb vram.
Mother board: ASUS z87-c LGA 1150
Ram: 8GB (1x8gb) G.skill ripjaws
Os:Windows 7 64 bit.
PSU: cheap one that costed like 35 euros its a 580ww called "black power" you can't even find it on the internet.

Before i start to explain i have to say that all drivers are up to date.
(i can´t ask any one to lend me they'r PSU or any components, i wish tough)

so i built this pc last year so i could play counter-strike and other games, and my main problem is that when i play any video game, my pc just turns off completely or reboots a few times, and other times it crashes or i have an BSOD error, (tought it doesnt happen normaly) so i tried everything (changing cables changing bios) but nothing fixed this it just goes down it turns off, i tought it could be my ram, but it's not likely because i made ram tests and it says that i have 0 problems there, it could be my GPU but i dont think it is because if i turn my core clock down or my memory clock down it works better but when i get in big fights when playing dota or Lol it just crashes or turns off, i have been having this problem for a while now and i tried everything, as this being a cheap weak PSU i considered that it might be dead, so i have to make this question, do you really think it´s the PSU and if it is wich one of these 2 should i buy:

Corsair 650ww or Nox 750ww, Nox is a brand (kinda) famous in western europe, it doesn't have as good quality as Corsair, but this 750ww one's were tested on GTX970 and work completely great! so please i need some feedback, thank's to everyone who replies to me this thing is stressing me out! and sorry for some english ,mistakes.

Solution
I would pick Corsair over Nox, but it depends on which Corsair model we're talking about.

For your system, you don't need 650W or 750W. Better to get a lower wattage with higher quality.

XFX tends to be quite affordable in much of Europe, so something like an XFX Core Edition 550W should be a good option.
