i3 4150 vs i5 4460 which one is good ?

The 4460 would be better. It's 4 true cores (no hyperthreading), where the i3 is a dual core cpu with hyperthreading. Hyperthreading allows processing threads to be arranged better to keep the active cpu cores busy, but you still only have 2 cores with an i3. Especially in gaming, the 4 actual cores of the i5 will be much better.

They're both good, but for gaming I would go with the i5. It's going to give you more longevity as well. More and more games are starting to use more than 2 cores.
