My window won't load properly with my new motherboard

I am having issues with windows on my new motherboard. Its a gigabyte Am1, I'm using my old gateway 5457 tower and hardrive. I stalled the bios correctly but for some reason windows won't load properly. Its stuck in a loop from the first loading gigabyte logo to the starting windows. Tried system restore and it did nothing. Can someone please help?

If you use the old HDD with the oem version win7 in it, you have the issues. 1) the GW is the intel system, the new one is AMD. 2) You are better to reinstall the OS, if you don't have the disc, you are better to buy the new license key for the new pc.
