Getting this error NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE - Memory Dump file (included) HELP ME!

I am getting "NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE error and the PC restarts itself. I am attaching the memory dump file.

I have tried formatting and reinstalling windows but still no luck!
Even tried removing one RAM and graphic card still getting that same error.


Windows 8.1 x64
Intel corei5 3.00GHz
8GB CORSAIR RAM
4GB CORSAIR RAM
1 TB WD Green
2TB Seagate

After reading many threads and post on various websites I suspect it's the faulty PSU that causing this error!

HELP ME! :(

I dont think so memory is my problem coz I have been using these two sticks from a long time with no issues. I also double checked by removing One of the RAM and booting with a single RAM and vice versa, still stuck with that same error.
By doing this, the error came a little later than before but it did!
