How many amps does my PSU have?

I have an ANTEC VP-450 and it has 2 12v rails with both 18a on each of them..so how many do i have in total and what would i do ti figure it out step by step?

MAX Power for the 12V rails is 360W which would give you a max of 30A shorterm power
Max Power for the 3.3V and 5V is 120W
Consistent max would be (450W - 120W) / 12V = 27.5A

You do not want to run a PSU at max. I would not run it at more than 80% which would be 22A.
