i have a HP DC7800 computer that i need to connect to 4 tv/monitor displays for extended desktop and not duplicate. Is there a 4 port video card out there for these or would it be easier to use 2 2 port adapters.

Solution
That's one old computer my friend. I think I have one of mine still around from years an years back. Anyways, you won't be able to support 4 monitors with a 7800, no graphic card that supports that many monitors is even compatible with it anymore. At most you could perhaps buy a second hand ATI Radeon 2400 HD 256 MB PCIe which supports two monitors. However you might have to upgrade your power supply as well. If your willing to do that let me know.

However there isn't much else you can do, hope that cleared it up. Select a solution if you don't have further questions. Take care.

Triple monitoring will make everything a lot easier for you, however if you really want to go with quad monitors/tvs you'll either have to get 2 GPU's or a single decent GPU such as the HD 6870, however you'll be looking at spending around $200 just for a GPU.

Here's a website that will help you as well; https://www.digitaltigers.com/zenview-four-screen-lcd-monitors.asp

Good luck.
