This is the computer I’ve planned so far
-Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core
-CRYORIG C1 65.0 CFM
-MSI Z97I Gaming AC Mini ITX LGA1150
-Kingston Fury White Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866
-Samsung 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" SSD
-Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
-MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Golden Edition
-Silverstone 600W SFX12V
I would like to know if this is able to play games like FarCry4 or Battlefield4 at 1080p and at 1440p over 60 fps at highest resolution, should I buy it with G-sync?????(I want to know if it’s enjoyable), also I want to know which parts of my build can be replaced for other cheaper, and I would like to know which 24” monitor should I buy from 200 to 500 or around so I can run games at 1080 or using DSR at 1440.
The case is the Lian-Li PC O5 (mini-itx) which is pretty small, that’s why i’m trying to chose small components, I didn’t included the case in the list of the beginning because it’s not out yet bout if you want to search it here is a link: http://www.lian-li.com/en/dt_portfolio/pc-o5/.
And I want to know if my build is missing parts, with this I mean that it doesn’t need anything else to work.
And my last question is that for games like Assasins Creed Unity or games like that, is it worth to change the Intel core i5 4690K for an i7 4790K or should I stay with the i5 4690K
If anynody know a web page where the parts are sold cheaper than Amazon or Newegg pleas tell me.

Actually I made this build with PC Part Picker I just need some advice about what parts are better and what monitor I should buy because there are a lot.
Here is the link, I don't know if it works: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zyRGNG
I've Samsung 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" SSD for a Intel 730 Series 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive.

There is another case, it's just like this one but it is a bit larger and supports water cooling:
Check it: http://www.lian-li.com/en/dt_portfolio/pc-o5s/
