Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1 LAN Ports?

Hi, I just purchased a new Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1 motherboard and it has 2 LAN ports on it

Intel® I218V
and
Realtek® 8111GR

This is my first time owning a motherboard with 2 Lan ports and im wondering which one should I use? I have a 150MB/s down and 20MB/s up internet speed

And why do they make motherboards with 2 Lan ports, whats the use for more than one?

A number of possible uses, link aggregation to increase bandwidth, a failsafe in the event one fails, may want connections to two individual networks. The ST has an Intel (i would use as primary) and the second is a realtek...depending on modem/router try both, the realtek might provide better bandwidth
