Is there any motherboard that does not need a BIOS update to use the Athlon 860K

I was wondering if there are any motherboards under $65 that I will NOT have to update the BIOS for the 860K, in the event I get older stock with a somewhat outdate BIOS.

The ability to overclock would be nice, but not absolutely necessary.

Isn't that assuming that the motherboard comes with the latest BIOS? Are there any retailers that sell enough boards to always ship fresh stock?
