hello i am from india
i want to upgrade my GPU
currently i am having - Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 6670 2 GB DDR3
RAM - 8GB Corsair Vengeance
MOBO - ASUS - M5a88-M
my budget is - approx 200 USD (12,000 Indian Rupee)
suggest me best GPU under this budget price

I would look for the r7 265 or the GTX 750ti.
The 750ti is more power efficient and a newer card but the r7 265 actually delivers more FPS.
It also depends on availability. Also I beleive (depending on your prices) the r7 265 is actually cheaper.

So I would recommend the r7 265 as it beats the 750TI and is better bang for your buck, as to say.

zotac gtx 660 -flipkart 12300inr

saphire r7 260x-snapdeal 11830inr
both of them are near 12000inr

i say you get the gtx 660 ,

The r7 270x is better.
It's better not to crossfire 2 low end cards and the r7 270x is quite good for 1080p. It's close to that of r9 280 performance.

The 270X is better but you must absolutely make sure your SMPS can support it.

You need a good quality 500W PSU, good quality does not include brands like iBall and Zebronics, I mean quality brands like Antec, Seasonic and Corsair
