Solution
For gaming go for i5 or i7,

I had 8350 and the exact mobo u are getting with an r9 280x
I had serious frame drops and stutter problems.
for months I had no idea what was the problem.
later I switched to i7, im pretty happy now 280x is still working fine with my i7.

u will save on power and get better performance with the same price.
I was also an AMD fanboy :p thankfully I switched to intel.
