Internet dropping out every several minutes??

I've been trying to play with my friend but can't because my internet has been dropping out every 5 minutes. What can i do to fix this? In my 2 years in this house and with this provider i've never experienced this.

i have the same problem(net drops out every 5 min.). Forenoon I had no problems(not even a single disconnect), but afternoon started(1st just every 30min, than 20, 10 and now 5 min.)... I have 3 connected devices(desktop PC, Notebook and an iPod). It seems to disconnect once the laptop and the desktop PC are running simultaneously... but sometimes it occurs just 3 times weekly, regardless to the connected devices.(i´ve restarted/reseted/bought a new router.. :( Twice i got the following error message: windows had detected an IP conflict. Is it my ISP´s problem?(once they slowwed me down(2200kbit/sec insted of 4500)
