Can i run AC Unity,Watchdogs and Gta 5 on med-high settings @ 1366x768. I am planning to get:

I would personally recommend 8GB of RAM instead of 6GB ( just personal preference), for example if you are on a tight budget buy a 4GB stick and later buy an additional 4GB ( can be 6-10 months from now) but it would be more efficient.

Resolution isn't the only determining factor in graphical settings, you also have AA ( anti aliasing, which is the real culprit), Shadows ( the second most graphic intensive thing) and of course reflection/ water detail ( sometimes included within textures, but not in any of the games you mentioned)

Strange resolution but to answer your question in layman's terms YES :p

You might not be able to play it on max but definitely medium - high with some custom tweaks. Once it starts to lag set the texture...

You might not be able to play it on max but definitely medium - high with some custom tweaks. Once it starts to lag set the texture quality a little lower. For GTA decrease draw distance, world detail low. For Watchdogs the same.

You should be fine for AC though.

As a rule of thumb ( if you used the generic resolutions of 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 ) then you would always do the following.

Set it to recommended or if that option is not available set it to high and if it runs fine push it a little more.
If it lags a little then switch AA off and also shadows off if it starts to lag straight off the bat ( by lag I mean frame rate drops that take it below 30-40ish. Ideally you want 60fps (frames per second). But anything over 30 is fine your human eye can't really pick up anything faster than 24fps but it "feels" better at 60fps. Especially when recording gameplay but that isn't relevant to your inquiry.

The reason I said that was because if it lags without anything happening ( a big explosion, gun fight, five guys moving on your screen) Your screen will nearly be frozen when that does happen.

To play it safe set it to medium and increase textures so it looks better. Set water to low, disable shadows and see how it goes if it plays well set it to high and keep all the extras off. Slowly experiment till you are satisfied with the result.

But imho you should be able to play on high with little trouble
