So i came here to ask you if there is any solve for my issue.

Let's say i play a game with an avg. FPS of 40. Everything's good until i move my mouse to look left or right ( fast moves ). Those moves gives me lag spikes or idk how are they called, but that 40 fps transfroms into 1. The main problem is that i have no idea how to fix this. I tried a lot of things and none of them worked so far. I also have no idea what component is causing this.

So what i'd like to know is :
-How is this frame rate drop called
-How can i fix it
-What's the guilty component

Thanks in advance.

Solution

Your frame dips could be because of that weak processor and DDR2 RAM.

You have 4GB which is the bare minimum, so be sure to exit all applications before launching dying light.

The Core E5200 is also responsible for your frame dips, so I suggest you upgrade as soon as possible

I know this because I used to have a machine with the E4300 + R7 260X, I could run skyrim and all other games, but I would dip alot. The CPU is holding you back, I recommend you upgrade.

Specs and what settings do you game on?

Dying Light - Dual Core E5200 @ 3.0 GHz ; GTX 750 1GB GDDR5 ; RAM : 4GB DDR2 @ 800MHz :/

Anything else ? ( I know that i don't even pass a quarter of the minimum system req. with that dual core but i swear i can get up to 40 FPS because it's Nvidia optimized and that GTX 750 is doing pretty good it's job )

These are the minimum requirements for that game, you don't really reach them, especially the CPU is quite a bit lower that minimum.

For smooth play without a lot of fluctuation, look at the "Recommended" specs for the system.

Intel Core i5-2500 @3.3 GHz / AMD FX-8320 @3.5 GHz

RAM: 4 GB

OS: Windows 7 64-bit / Windows 8 64-bit / Windows 8.1 64-bit

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 / AMD Radeon HD 6870 (1GB VRAM)
