Hello everyone,

So I'm looking to build a pretty high end pc just the way I want. I came across the H440 by NZXT (black/blue) and fell in love with the design. It has everything I want but I'm a little concerned with airflow/heat issues. My biggest concern is wanting to run 2 Radeon R9 290 in crossfire. Secondly some time down the road I might want to over clock both GPUs and CPU which I know will generate more heat. I've spent the last day or so combing through the internet to find a definite answer but I've found about 50% say the H440 will be fine with SLI/CFire and 50% say go with another, more temperature efficient case. So what should I do? Here is the set up I'm looking at

My plan was to put the 3 Noctua's in the front for intake, then 2 120's on the radiator on the top and 140 for the rear for output. From what I say the would make for the most optimal flow on the GPU's but I'm open to suggestions.

Honestly if anyone could shed some light on the subject or just share their option on the matter it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Solution

The cards will generate alot of heat, but your case has good airflow and your packing great fans. Just be sure to check any other day for heat build up.

Solution

Well not daily, but like every 2 days or so, just to check for any heating problems. NZXT is a great case manufacturer though so you most likely wont see problems.
