Need fans which are relatively cheap, efficient and keep my PC cool.

So inside of my PC, it gets quite warm and I was thinking of adding another exhaust and intake fan.

What are some relatively cheap quiet and efficient fans which will keep my PC nice and cool.

The questions asked in reviews was whether the fans are controllable.

If I connected two of the fans into a 3 pin / 3pin into a 4pin connector and connected it into the motherboard.
Will it be controlled whatsoever or will it run at full RPM.

Some replies said it won't control and some said it will be controlled.

as long as you connect the fans to the mobo it will be controllable. Another option is to get a separate fan controller. If you connect it direct to psu(meaning through molex), then the fan will spin max all the time.
