What speed should I run my pump at?

I have a water loop, but I want to ensure that I am running it as efficiently as possible, so I want to make sure that my pump is running at a good speed to ensure this.

That's the pump I have, I am running a CPU, GPU and 360 rad in my loop. What RPM should I run this at? I've been running it at around 1000rpm, but I'm not sure if that's enough/too much? Any tips would be appreciated.

I've been one to always run pumps at full speed. They are typically very quiet and you'll benefit from the best flow rate regardless of load. If a pump is loud, there likely is something wrong...they should always be very quiet, making at most an audible hum.
