Need help Im getting a yellow triangle in device manager for gpu

Hi there Im getting this problem with my gpu, its getting a yellow triangle and my aero for windows 7 is off.

can you help me fix this please

Im getting error code 43

my specs are

cpu : i5 4460 3.2ghz

gpu: gtx 780 5gb palit jetstream

psu: RM gold 750 cosair

ram: 8gb

I check if the gpu was conected properly to my psu and it was.

Did you check if the drivers are uninstalled? Did you try upgrading the graphics driver?

may need to redownload from your mb vendor intel mei drivers.
download intel chipset drivers and reinstall them then reboot and see if that fixes your issues.

hi I just downloaded and installed the update drivers for gpu then I restarted and now it says Please shut down and plug in your pcie power cable for this graphics card.

I checked and it was all plugged in I think but this error keeps popping up when I turn on the pc

hmmm, try turning off the computer. Unplug and plug it back in (the GPU). Did you do a complete clean install of the drivers? (uninstall everything that is related to NVIDIA, and then proceed with a clean install option from the installation menu). Also keep in mind that when you uninstall a driver for NVIDIA it restores it to the previous one you had before, to not have to uninstall and restart your computer a bunch of times, uninstall the current driver, and before you restart go to C: >> NVIDIA >> DisplayDriver and delete anything you have there. Restart the computer and select clean install for the latest driver you have installed. If that doesn't work, try the chipset drivers like smorizio said.

1. Download latest drivers from the geforce website available for you GPU.

2.Control Panel>> Programs and features>> search for NVIDIA, uninstall anything related to it.

3.Delete the Nvidia files in the DisplayDriver folder.

4. Uninstall GPU from device manager.

5. Restart computer (wait a little, windows will try to re-install the GPU to your device manager; then windows will also install the generic driver that came with the GPU from factory).

6. Go to custom install on the driver you downloaded, tick the custom option>> tick clean install, and if you don't use 3D, un-tick the 3D driver from the options as well>> Proceed to installation.

7. Restart computer one more time, and hopefully that solved your issue.
