With the A10 you can game on medium/low settings on most games. Some you can probably get high settings, your best bet is to look at some gaming benchmarks. I would highly recommend getting the fastest RAM your motherboard will support though. The AMD APU chips really benefit from fast RAM and in game performance is greatly affected by it.
