I have already checked noctua compatibility list on their website and those three along with TridentX(w/o heat sink) are compatible.
But will I be able to utilize all 4 slots of memory while using that cooler?
Which one of the those three would be good in terms of quality?
Do I need to mount cooler fan facing vertical or upwards while using those with my motherboard?

Planning to buy Cpu - i5-4690k
Motherbord - Asus Maximus vii Ranger
Gpu - gtx 960 or r9 280x (depends on the money left).
Psu,Case - haven't decided yet.

if the noctua is the d14 then the ares series is your choice but if it is the d15 they cut the fins on the bottom of the cooler for better ram support and you can use any one of those but you also might want to look at the motherboard support because both of those coolers depending on the motherboard can block the top PCIe 3.0 slot so if you have a motherboard with 2 PCIe 3.0 slots and one of them is x16 and the other is x4 then you will be forced to put the gpu in the x4 slot and that will take alot away from performance

have them face towards the rear exhaust that is the way they are meant to be and I have never seen a set up that has them venting up also if you did do that then they would really block the top PCIe3.0 slot

Which one of them would be better for gaming and multitasking ?
If its 2133 which one of the series would be better than other?
Difference between them is barely more than 2-5 bucks so price isn't the issue : )

if price isnt an issue than get the highest speed ram go for the 2400s
personally 1600 is good for gaming with a dedicated gpu but with an apu thats when you are going to start to need higher speed ram and more Gb because when it comes to APUs it uses whats in your system like ram and cpu power instead of like a gpu which comes with all that already installed on its card

I have budget of 100 usd for ram but the prices are higher in my country and all those three listed above cost fits my budget.(95,90,89)
When you said if price isn't the issue did you mean I should go for more higher Latency for 2400 or you meant to say that I should get the 1st one listed above which is RipjawsZ F3-2400C10D-8GZH (CL 10-12-12-31).

Any suggestions or guide links for what to look into when buying an power supply. I will be getting Asus Gtx 960 strix and 1 tb seagate hdd. I also might add dual gtx 960 and ssd within 1 or 2 years. Is 800w or 850w psu enough for my build?
