M5A97 EVO R2.0 or Ga-970a-ud3p for 8320?

I am between those 2 motherboards for my new 8320, I will overclock the cpu as much as it gets, but also want to have a rock solid stability, which one i should chose?

GA-970A-UD3P for 8320 is a better fit has a great thermal and power phase design (8+2).

Even better and more stable than the asus? I want it for work and not games so much, so it needs to be stable (not like mi current msi)

Nothing else to add? The Fatal1ty 970 performance maybe? but Asrock for a good stable OC ... i don't know.

The Gigabyte UD3P is the Superior board , the MSI 970 Gaming is also a great choice if available to you . both are better than the ASUS.
