Okay it's my brothers computer that has the problem. Basically we got money to get our own computers so I decided to build mine Cus it's cheaper and you can choose exactly what goes in it. I spent months researching how to biuld it and my bro decided to do the same without researching himself. He picked his parts with my help and then I told him how to biuld it with support. My computer works fine but his stopped after about a month.
He got a error message saying "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" he thought okay that's strange and left it. Then the same day it crashed! And now you turn on the pc, lights flash and turn on, fans start (basically looks normal) but nothing comes up on the screen. Now the dram lights flash with the cpu light on the motherboard at the start, then they go out and the dram stays on sometimes. Also the vga led stays on sometimes!
I have tried everything, IVE searched the Internet to try and find a Solution to what the problem is. Ive disconnected and reconnected every thing in it. IVE tried putting my graphics card in to see if it works with mine but nothing, same with power supply and ram! But nothing. If I can get any help or advice at all, I will be eternally grateful! We spent so much money in it and it's just sitting there.

Could you swap your graphics card into your brothers rig just to test if that works?

If it does, your brother needs a new graphics card (RMA the old one!)

If it doesnt, your brother likely needs a new Motherboard(again, RMA the old one!)

Your motherboard comes with a speaker, if you plug this in, it makes certain tones for failures, refer to its manual and check if anything is wrong. I think it may be the motherboard.

It's not a large speaker just a small one that usually comes with motherboards. It plugs into speaker, and you can get one for as little as £1

Looking at your manual, that means No VGA Detected. So your graphics card is not being picked up.

Move it to a different PCI-E slot on the motherboard, if it still isnt working it is likely to be the graphics card, if you can find a spare (or swap one quickly) then test that in your system.

If it works, then your PCI-E slot is broken and the motherboard is the problem.

Thank you, okay so I moved the graphics card to the second slot and turn it on there were three individual beeps. Then this thing appeared on the screen and at the bottom it Siad it cannot find a keyboard, press f1 to setup. So I got a keyboard plugged it in but it seemed the keyboard wasn't getting any power and I was pressing f1 but nothing. So I turned it off and on agian but now nothing comes up at all and there isn't any beeps anymore? Any ideas?

Are you plugging into the front of the case, if so, make sure the header has the USB wire running into it.

Is the keyboard USB? If it is, do any lights come on on it, meaning the caps lock and num lock keys. If not, it could be you dont have the correct bios settings to enable USB onstartup.

Do you have any old school PS2 keyboards or perhaps an adapter if this is the case?

If they turn on and you still have nothing showing, I am starting to think that is the mobo, if you take the keyboard out now and boot does it show the plug in keyboard message again?

I tried that and it worked for a little bit and now both slots don't work, so it seems like it's the motherboard that is the problem! Thank you!
