how do I boot into WIndows 7 installed on caddy in optical drive

Installed Windows 7 on Hrd drive caddy replacing optical drive with Win 8 as main OS.
Does Win 8 ask which system is needed?

in the bios if your pc has a cd-rom set the cd-rom as the first boot device and put windows iso cd in the drive. if it reading the disk....get a message hit any key to boot from cd-rom. once it booted from the cd click on the drive you want it instslled too.
