Ok so I just got my new hard drive,I cloned my old hard drive to my new one.How can I set my new hard drive as my primary drive to boot on or make bootable?
If you are going the clone route, than physically put the new hard drive into the spot where the old hard drive was. It already should be set as the boot drive, and the system should boot with it.

Hey DubimoGT. You could follow @digitaldoc's advice, it should work. You could also change the boot order from the BIOS. I know you've already completed the cloning process, but just FYI, here's a good step by step guide on migrating from HDD to SSD: http://lifehacker.com/5837543/how-to-migrate-to-a-solid-state-drive-without-reinstalling-windows
It has a lot of good tips, you might find something useful.
