I dont know enough about computers to build one sadly enough... Also I am trying to not to spend over 700 dollars. If you can help me with building one that would be great otherwise i'll have to go with a cheaper prebuilt

I would rather have the any of those Digital Storm builds over the ABS Dreadnought.

Why don't you want to build it yourself? It's really not that hard, and you can get whichever parts are best for your budget. If you need any help picking out parts, TomsHardware is the perfect place to do that.
