i have been using the gtx 760 4gb with ac

it works fine just i get to much fps drop or jittering in max settings in 90% of the games i play
i found this

Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB
http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Version-PCI-Express-Graphics-11221-00-20G/dp/B00FLMKNE0?SubscriptionId=AKIAIEF7KZG4SSIJ7QQA&tag=toms_shopping_rev-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B00FLMKNE0&ascsubtag=%5Bsite|thaus%5Bcat|%5Bart|thus-edt-2-3107%5Bpid|B00FLMKNE0%5Btid|14231039008762756%5Bbbc|LEPRIX

is this going to give better performance over the 760 also whats the difference between 384-bit and 256- bit?

or is there something better for what i want

maybe cheaper with a slight oc

um games i play are
Call of duty ghost black op2 advanced warfare
battle field 3 and 4
cry sis 3
far cry 3 and 4.
assassins creed 4
batman ark am trilogy
injustice
elder scrolls online
sky rim
and more but
i think that gets the point across lol

welt let me know what you think

-thanks in advanced xD

With games you play, 256 bit is enough, and its way better with NVIDIA, you can try look either r9 290x / gtx 980 if you want.

Usually the bit is like the road to transfer, more road to transfer = faster (Which doesn't apply a lot in Gaming)

Usually more bit are used on (photoshop, video editing, rendering, etc) And also it needed on 1440p and 4k Gaming.

I'm going to ignore 256 vs 384 as it's like comparing only the clock speed with CPUs. Pointless. You have to look at the CPU/GPU as a whole to figure out where it's performance is.

The 280X is faster, though not by a whole lot. I'm not sure it's "faster enough" to cover the cost of the card. You should look at the 290s, same price and more powerful.
