Just like the title said. I just put together the PC, it turns on, all the fans work, but the GPU starts to spin for like one second, then it stoips for a second, then starts again for a second and stops over and over, and nothing displays on screen.. Help?

Solution
is that where the manual for the board had specified to install the ram and also just running through the check list you do have the 4 pin cpu power plugged into the mobo in the top left corner

For optimum performance, when enabling Dual Channel mode with two memory
modules, we recommend that you install them in the DDR3_1 and DDR3_2 sockets. this is from the User's Manual so i would quick check and make sure you have them in these slots

also I don't see that ram listed as a compatible set for that board but that Isn't necessarily your issue I would try to use just one stick at a time and see if it will boot if that doesn't work try to remove and reinstall the graphics card and if you still have no signal I would see if you can find speaker that plugs into the mobo by the front panel switches to hear the beep code and see what is stopping your pc from booting

When I first made this post, when I pressed the power button, the fans would spin and the light would go on, now when I press it nothing at all happens.

by chance did any of the front panel connections get pulled off the mobo and if not my next move would be to unplug the psu from everything and try to power it up by its self by shorting the green wire to a black wire with a paperclip i like to hook a fan to the psu before i do this but that would require you to have a 4 pin molex connector on a fan or a way to adapt it to one and if the fan on the psu start to spin up along with the test fan hooked to it you can semi rule out the psu
