Hello
I want to upgrade my radeon hd 7770 to Gigabyte r9 280X oc 3gb but I don't know if my PSU can handle it

here my specs:
Processor: AMD FX 8350 @ 4.00 Ghz.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
Memory: 2x4gb Kingston HyperX Fury @1866 Mhz
Disk: WD 1TB 7200rpm
Case: Sentey Optimus GS-6000 2x120mm blue led fan, 1x120mm fan, 1x180mm blue led fan
PSU: Corsair GS 600w

The power requirement for Gigabyte R9 280X OC 3gb is 600w - I take this info from gigabyte's webside -

So, can my Corsair gs 600w (48amp in +12v rail) handle my config with this graphics card?

Solution
A Radeon R9-280X needs 30 amps on the 12v + rail and a 550 watt power supply with 1 - 6 pin and 1 - 6+2 pin PCIE power connections.

Your Corsair power supply exceeds the requirements , your good to go :D.
