I would like help designing a gaming pc for less than 1000 no monitor or keyboard or mouse needed os i am unsure if you can transfer it from a laptop to a desktop but if you cant that would be required as well if you could use nz.pcpartpicker.com would be helpful and give prices in nz

No, of course I'm not! With these specs, you would require at least a 750 watt power supply. At 500 watts, the computer would probably crash seconds after starting.

with i5 4460 no need a cpu cooler. stock cooler would be fine
