I've been trying to plan out my first pc build that will be used primarily for gaming. So far I have this:

PCPartPicker part list: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/w4BcjX
Price breakdown by merchant: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/w4BcjX/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($319.00 @ PCCaseGear)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X 82.9 CFM CPU Cooler ($45.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($159.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Memory: Kingston Fury Red Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($99.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card ($349.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Case: Fractal Design Core 3000 USB 3.0 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($89.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($115.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Total: $1244.00

Are there any problems with this that any of you can see? Also, are there any changes I could make to keep around the same level of performance while lowering the costs a bit, keeping in mind that I live in Australia and would prefer to be able to get everything from pccasegear.com

Thank you.

You can't be overclocking without a bigger budget. You need a better PSu to do that.

Do you plan on overclocking? If not, replace the 4690k with a 4690 or something similar. Most Nvidia cards are generally pretty quiet/cool so you probably won't need the cooler either if not OCing.

I don't really plan on over clocking.
So you would recommend not getting a CPU cooler then?

Thank you
