so my pc contains the FX6300 cpu with the stock cool
asus m5a78lm motherboard
500w psu
16gb of 1300mhz ddr 3
GTX 660 Gefoce GC
with all of this my computer is constanly sluggish any help would be great as acording to other post on this site and other my pc should handle certain games and aplication better than it does.
for example according to streaming post on this site the 6300 should handle 720p@60fps streaming with little performance issues on my system it ramps the cpu up to 97% and kills all performance
