Hello. Whilst i'm playing Age of empires 2 HD edition at random times the game freezes and i get a blue screen. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesnt.
It doesnt happen when I play Battlefield 4 and CSGO.
Here is a screenshot of the minidumps: http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh569/Leon360z/Untitled.png

Specs:
i5 4670k stock
Asrock Z87e-itx
840 EVO 250gb
WD Caviar blue 1tb
XFX 280x stock
corsair 2x4gb vengeance lp 1600mhz
corsair RM550
OS: Windows 7 64 bit and W10 Technical Preview (separate partition)

Things i've tried to resolve it:
-Cleaned drivers with DDU in safe mode.
Then reinstalled Catalyst 14.12 Omega.
I have done this 3 times and it still happens.
-Did a 30 min stress test on Furmark- no BSOD
-Ran a vram error check on OCCT 4.4.1- no error found
-Reinstalled the game multiple times
-Clean PC with CCleaner

Recent hardware changes:
Got an RMA'd i5 4670k from Intel
Got an RMA'd Z87e-itx from Amazon (Long story why i had to get RMA's)

After getting the new mobo and cpu I reinstalled all necessary mobo drivers.
I reinstalled AoE2 on Windows 10 to play it on that. Got a BSOD in 20 mins. CSGO doesnt Bsod in Windows 10.

I'm really stuck. Any help is appreciated.

Edit: Before the new hardware. This never happened. I must say the GPU was taken out, put in PCI slots and pci power cables taken out and put in multiple times
