Far better... unlocked CPU /OC possibility / High-end GPU/ SLI support / SSD / HDD.... Everything is better... Close to same price, right? And with a little cut or boost money, u can put a GTX 980...

Nope, no chance of a 980. The 970 is ~29k, and the 980 is ~48k. That's a 19k difference. For a 90k build, that's a lot.
I'm surprised no one found the 4GB 640 funny.

i'm not considering your currency... I don't know the prices on your country, but still can get a 980 if you "kill" CPU/Mobo/CPU cooler/SSD you have enough to a GTX 980... 4690k, $100 mobo, $30 CPU cooler, without SSD! $250/$300 less... What so funny about a GT 640 4GB DDR3? i mean... i dont get it. =O just the overprice?

I have a 7 year old system with a GTX650, and I get average-good performance in games.
People use a Geforce 210 for GAMING in our country.
I wouldn't pay 45k for the above system, let alone 90k.
It's funny because a 640 DDR3 would NEVER use 4GB of RAM, it's there purely to fool customers with "more RAM, better card" mindset.
------------
Just know that the 980 is far less value for money here than the 970. I don't have the time right now, but I'll construct a PCPartPicker replica of that HP pc. What a waste of money! I'd truly pity the guy who buys that.
