Hey I have been getting these random lag spikes in all of my games, like BF4, BF Hardline Beta, League of Legends and go on...
Is there anybody that can help me with this?
My build is:
GPU: GTX 260
CPU: AMD FX-4100
RAM: 8GB

Solution

Usually you have a modem and a router, they are separate, I am assuming you have one of the all-in-one models then. You need to present your ISP with evidence of your slow / fluctuating speeds. Presenting them with speedtest information is how you do that. "Replacing your cables" is not an answer.

What's your cpu usage when you're not gaming? (some malware might be hogging your cpu resources)

Any overheating problems causing your CPU/GPU to throttle? (you can download something like HWMonitor to check)

Lag as in network issues? I assume you mean framerate drops and dips then? A multitude of issues could cause this, it does not help that your system is extremely dated. That could simply be the issue right there...

No framedrops just rubber banding and teleporting back to where I came from so network issues I guess.

Ah, random rubber banding? I had this, tried everything but solved it by dropping the wireless connection and using power line (ethernet cable was impractical).

Internet was blisteringly fast in normal use and the problem was only noticeable in online gaming. I suspect the problem was an aerial cable behind the TV not being plugged in and flooding the room with electrical interference, but having moved house I can't confirm that. Your problem could be anything but the easy way to check is to switch WiFi off on your router then connect your computer up using an Ethernet cable, then game away and see if it starts rubber banding.

C7 Interface CRC Error Count is blue, is says it may be caused by broken cable but I replaced it and it still says it.

Directly connect to your modem bypassing the router. If the issue still persists it is on the ISP:

Do some speed tests on speedtest.net on low traffic times (morning), and high traffic times (nighttime around 8pm, weekends, etc). Compare them, save them and send to your ISP. VERY OFTEN ISP's dont have enough drop points for certain areas and try to get away with not adding more (UNTIL SOMEONE COMPLAINS). I have a feeling this is what it is, I have seen this multiple times with people.
