Building PC Couple Questions / Advice?

Hi this is my first post,

I've built my own PC before but I had a few first time mistakes when I built it and want to avoid those mistakes again!

I am building a PC for my girlfriend that will be used for some light-moderate gaming (Skyrim, Sims, WoW, nothing TOO demanding). It will primarily be used for school/work.

Is it possible to have a build like this using a mini IXT motherboard and case? I wasn't sure if a regular gameing video card would fit into the case or even on the botherboard. Or if it would be a wise decision to do it even if the card would fit. (She wants to be able to move the case)

My primary issue with my original build (2013) was that I had the wrong type of motherboard that didn't work with the CPU. Stupid mistake but I learned so now I just want to make sure that doesn't happen again!

So I've been looking at hardware and while I'm not sure if everything will fit here is what I've come up with so far. (For the motherboard/CPU I'm just going with the reccommended since I am weary about making a mistake again)

Case: Cooler Master Elite 130 - Mini-ITX Computer Case

Power Supply: Cooler Master Elite V2 - 550W Long-Lasting Power

Mobo: ASUS H97I-PLUS LGA 1150 Intel H97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX

CPU: Intel Core i3-4150 Haswell Dual-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1150 54W Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4400 BX80646I34150

VGA: EVGA 01G-P4-2753-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750

HDD: Western Digital Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

Hopefully I haven't left anything big out of the list let me know if I did. I really like building computers but still have a hard time grasping all the numbers and specs since I only deal with them every few years when I get a new pc!

Oh also, should I get any small extra things with this like fans for example?

Thanks for the help and the read!

That's awesome I'll have to remember the site for the next time I do a build!

Couple questions on that, is the ram necessary from the get go?
And would you recommend the i5 over the i3 for performance?

I forgot I still need to add in a monitor and that's an extra $100 so if possible I'd like to back off a bit on the initial price.
(I can get some minor upgrades later like the ram if its really needed)

This is the best i3 - also featured on the "best gaming CPU for the money - Feb'15" :)
you can upgrade the RAM later.

Perfect, thanks so much! Last couple questions then I think I'm good to order stuff!

(Because my last experience and I've never done anything with mini-cases)
1.) All of these parts will work together/fit in that case?

2.) For ordering everything it looks like that website picks the cheapest price to order from. Would you suggest ordering as the partpicker list says? And I assume they are but are most of those merchants good about shipping time/price?
(I've only really bought pc parts from newegg, and we have amazon prime for some of those parts also)

Sorry for asking a lot of questions I hope I'm not a pain!

one more thing about the PC Part Picker site, if there is compatibility issue - it will let you know at the bottom of the list. :)
I don't think so there will be any issue.

about the ordering thing, the site mentions the cheapest price from the merchant list. I think they are all good. You can google about them. actually I live in UAE, that's the reason I can't comment on it. :c

you're welcome. good luck with the build. :)
