What's the model number and maker? Not all PSU's are created equal, and some 80+ rated modules can still break down easily.

According to the tomshardware PSU tier list, what you have is a Tier three PSU
(Tier Three - Meets standard ATX specifications, though closer to the edges than Tier two units. These are still solid units, which still supply stable power to your system, though not ideal for serious overclocking)
If that meets your requirements, then it's just fine. If you plan on more than humble overclocking however, you'll probably want a better PSU.
