You can try scanning it with some demo data recovery software such as R-Studio. But if it shows 0 size and can't be scanned by the software then you'll need professional data recovery.
These aren't cheap to have recovered though. Most are monolithic (everything built into one chip) and have to be worked on under a microscope.
Unless the data is priceless (like a wedding) it's unlikely to be worth the cost of recovery IMHO.
